Executive / Senior Executive Staff Well-being will support the MND HQ Human Resource / Staff Well-Being Team to (a) enhance the staff well-being for MND HQ officers and also to (b) strengthen the MND Family identity. You will be involved in the planning and organization of staff well-being events and activities to promote the Ministry's culture, as well as to create a fun workplace. You will be working closely with the MND HQ officers and MND Statutory Boards through various engagement platforms (such as MND HQ Work Life Committee and MND Family Committees).
Your duties would include (but not limited to):
  • Manage logistical and administrative arrangements for MND HQ and MND Family events and staff well-being activities;
  • Liaise with MND officers from MND HQ Work-Life Committee to advise on the organization of MND HQ activities;
  • Liaise with MND Family representatives to drive the organization of MND Family level activities (e.g. MND Family Day, National Day Observance Ceremony and National Day Investiture Awards);
  • Manage the MND Staff Well-Being website;
  • Develop initiatives to improve collaboration facilities to enhance staff well-being for MND HQ officers.
  • Proficient in graphic design softwares including Photoshop;
  • Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook;
  • Enjoys organizing events and willing to go to the extra mile to ensure that all events and activities go smoothly;
  • Able to work under tight deadlines independently and efficiently;
  • Possesses effective inter-personal communication skills to engage and work well with MND officers and with officers from other Ministries and Statutory Boards;
  • Meticulous and attentive to details; and
  • Team player who is resourceful and takes initiative in his/her work.
