You will be part of the team to develop and implement Organisational Development initiatives to achieve MND's mission and goals. The team will work closely with the various Divisions at MND, as well as our Statutory Boards to identify needs and spearhead the Organisational Development.

You will plan and initiate Organisational Excellence initiatives and frameworks to enhance organisational performance. You will also conduct focus group discussions, surveys and research to ensure that MND is aligned with the latest national and Civil Service initiatives.

Additionally, you will support the secretariat duties arising from MND's Public Service Transformation efforts, including collaborating the transformation work with MND Statutory Boards.

You will report directly to Senior Assistant Director / Organisational Development.



  • Preferably with at least 5 years of experiences in Organisational Development related portfolio. Fresh graduates may also apply.
  • Excellent written, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and communicate ideas
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, energetic and proactive
  • Able to work effectively independently and in teams
