Working in the Operational Excellence Department, you will be responsible for conceptualising, implementing and facilitating initiatives in operational Standards, Processes and People across the operational departments:

Core Functions:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute operational excellence related projects
  • Evaluate and analyse operational performances and standards
  • Design and conduct operational field studies or observations
  • Conduct statistical analysis of raw data
  • Draft and review SOPs, Working Instructions and Manuals
  • Carry out research and literature reviews on emerging areas of interests and technology
  • Manage market surveys, tenders, invitation to quotes and bid evaluations
  • Provide secretariat support for working meetings
  • Take on secondary corporate & administrative roles

Required Skillsets

  • Able to work independently and be resourceful
  • Must be able to do field work and work occasionally on nights and weekends
  • Possess good communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Able to analyse and make sense of data
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and statistical tools
  • Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task

  • Strategies pertaining to enforcement and public engagements

  • Some experience in projects, operations, maintenance or research
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
