The Central Provident Fund (CPF) is a social security savings scheme jointly supported by employees, employers and the Government. Its basic purpose is to help CPF members meet primary needs like shelter, food, clothing and health services in their old age or when they are no longer able to work. Benefits offered are to help meet one or more needs of the CPF Member in his retirement. They include withdrawals by the Member for retirement, permanent disablement, home ownership and health care. The amounts available depend on how much the Member has saved in the CPF.

The CPF Board are trustees for the CPF savings of Members. We aim to provide CPF Members, in a cost-effective manner, the widest range of quality services possible. We seek also to help employers pay CPF contributions promptly and correctly in as efficient and convenient a way as possible. Where we can, we make our assets and services available to help meet Singapore's social and economic objectives, thereby improving the quality of life of all Singaporeans and CPF Members.

Information Technology

IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services.  The Board’s IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.


Senior Consultant (Quality Assurance)


  • To be responsible for ensuring the coverage of the detailed requirements, test scenarios and test cases is comprehensive based on the business requirements
  • To support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects, including end user acceptance testing, integration testing, system testing
  • To work closely with internal stakeholders to test application platform based on business requirements and manage relationship for new solution features and support
  • To provide testing estimated for assignment


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with business analysis, requirements management and/or software testing
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with supporting complex business systems and processes
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Experience in agile development environment will be an added advantage
  • Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantage

Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience.
