Responsibilities

In this role, you will be reporting to content lab team lead and be part of the team to work on the following areas;

  • Lead the team in deploying effective integrated marketing and communications plans and own the implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Ability to collaborate and share insights and recommendations within the team environment, across various disciplines and functions.
  • Collaborate with Digital capabilities team to manage and improve our inbound marketing capabilities, such as lead generation results/outcomes.
  • Foster a team culture that promotes collaboration, with strong appreciation of the inter-dependencies of various teams.
  • Contribute to team learning and building of quality relationships

 

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter with an enigmatic personality. Someone who possess the ability to hold his/her own while remaining open to different points of view. Someone with entrepreneurial leanings and a desire to be more than a content producer but also an instigator. A strategic thinker who plays the thinker-doer role and has the ability to craft and help shape thinking which guides and sharpens the outcome.

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following;

  • Around 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in digital marketing and in a supervisory role.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving acumen.
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Passion in sport and insatiably curious about technology and how it influences consumer behavior.

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance.
