As a statutory board in the Ministry of Communications and Information, IMDA promotes and regulates the infocomm and media sectors.


You will lead your team to drive the development and adoption of digital utilities as part of Sector Transformation Group in IMDA’s contribution towards Singapore’s national Digital Economy agenda.


You will work with partnering agencies, private sector entities as well as inter-governmental forums on development, recognition and acceptance of cross sector and cross border digital utilities which can be leveraged on for the delivery of new service offerings. You will need to connect and establish close relationships to identify and understand the cross sector needs and challenges faced in the digital landscape.


Stakeholder engagement and management at all levels will be required to understand current state, gaps and validate research findings, and align IMDA’s initiatives with those of the relevant sector.



  • Strategic thinking skills with broad perspectives of different challenges.
  • Excellent communications, consulting & negotiation skills when dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in program management and the ability to lead and influence strategy and execution.
  • Good conflict resolution skills and a good sense of humour
  • At least 15 years of experience in partner management, people management, business development and alliance management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.


Position will commensurate with experience.
