Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) was formed in 2008 under the Ministry of Home Affairs to (i) enforce the Casino Control Act; (ii) ensure that the management and operation of casinos in Singapore is and remains free from criminal influence or exploitation; (iii) ensure that gaming in the casinos is conducted honestly; and (iv) contain and control the potential of the casinos to cause harm to minors, vulnerable persons and society at large.

Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team to plan, drive, develop and implement digitalisation plan for CRA. You will:

  • Assist in the development of CRA’s digitalisation strategies and transformation plans that align to whole of government’s objectives and outcomes;
  • Develop and enhance the IT architecture, business processes and drive implementation of an innovative technology to promote digital transformation within CRA;
  • Develop and strengthen the IT security architecture, processes and implementations against potential compromises from the digitalisation plan;
  • Work closely with both the IT Governance and Data Governance teams to support, deliver and manage change management to bring the various CRA’s Divisions on the adoption of digitalisation initiatives;
  • Leverage industry best practices, standards, processes and technologies to drive reusability of resources and increased efficiency in achieving outcomes of digitalisation initiatives;
  • Perform regular technology scans and proto-typing to identify and propose relevant technologies to enhance IT architecture, platform and applications.


  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Information Technology;
  • Relevant experience in IT master-planning, consulting and project management would be an advantage;
  • IT architecture design and development, IT project management and people management skills;
  • Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind;
  • Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities;
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills; and
  • Preferably experienced in management or implementation of Government ICT Projects and ISO9001 IT project management practices.
