As an MOH officer, you will be involved in formulating and implementing policies that guide Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem. You will work alongside a team with varied skills and backgrounds, but with the common goals of (i) promoting good health and reducing illnesses; (ii) ensuring that Singaporeans have access to good and affordable healthcare; and (iii) pursuing medical excellence. Your work will have far-reaching impact on the health and lives of Singaporeans.

Responsibilities
 
You will support Ministry of Health to develop and conduct User Acceptance Tests for a system to assess an individual’s financial means. You should understand the system logic, business workflows and requirements of different groups of system users and stakeholders.  You will plan and conduct User Acceptance Tests and work with system vendor to rectify unsuccessful test results. You will also support post-implementation tasks such as user training, production problem investigation, escalation and resolution.
 
Requirements
  • Prior experience with design and/or conduct of User Acceptance Tests for systems, preferably in Financial/Insurance Institutions
  • Meticulous and sensitive to details
  • Good communication skills and able to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-driven learner and analytical
  • Able to work both independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
