NCSS is a statutory board and an umbrella body for some 450 member social service organisations in Singapore. Our mission is to provide leadership and direction in enhancing the capabilities and capacity of our members, advocating for social service needs and strengthening strategic partnerships for an effective social service ecosystem. Since 1992, NCSS has taken over the functions of the former Singapore Council of Social Service (SCSS) and Community Chest of Singapore.

Job Summary:

Support and partner internal teams to create and promote digital led content to build Community Chest's brand including SHARE and Sharity, ensuring that online communications initiatives are integrated at a tactical and strategic level.


Key Responsibilities and Activities:

1) Work closely with Brand & Communications team to create and promote social media content and brand.

2) Support the development and execution of digital campaigns that help increase the engagement and increase followers across all social media channels.

3) Copy write social posts and develop content calendars for a variety of platforms and profiles.

4) Actively engage with influencers and the broader community to promote ComChest's content and messaging.

5) Track, measure and analyse how social content and campaigns are performing, and provide quarterly update to team.

6) Ensure that all digital communication is engaging, relevant and connects with donors and followers on a giving and aspirational level.

7) Manage and maintain the archive of photographs and video footages for Comchest's Asset Library.

8) Assist in media monitoring of digital new media and social media trends.

9) Any other duties as assigned by HOD (in agreement with Group Director and Director) that are aligned to the Group's purposes.


Skills & Knowledge:

1) At least 2 years of relevant work experience ideally in any agency environment or in a social-media related role.

2) Demonstrated experience in engaging with community and influencer groups

3) Attention to details with strong writing and creative skills

4) Excellent knowledge of social media monitoring and analytics tools

5) Design and photography skills are added advantages
