NCSS is a statutory board and an umbrella body for some 450 member social service organisations in Singapore. Since 1992, NCSS has taken over the functions of the former Singapore Council of Social Service (SCSS) and Community Chest of Singapore.

Job Summary:

This position ensures the implementation of digital initiatives, including campaigns, are in line with the Comchest brand to enhance the customers experience in online giving, explore new digital and E-Payment platforms and constantly update the online platform guidelines, process and framework.

Key Responsibilties:

1) Work closely with Digital team members to conceptualise and develop annual digital fund-raising campaigns to drive online FR and brand awareness.

2) Actively shape brand and reputation, identify and drive new business in today's rapid digital transformation landscape.

3) Responsible for ComChest's website management including content management system, quarterly web analytics report and web enhancement programs.

4) Work closely with appointed agencies to execute digital projects within stipulated timeline, campaign calendar and budget allocated.

5) Work closely with Relatons and Engagement colleagues in ComChest to manage the 3rd party corporate digital fund-raising campaigns and initiatives.

6) Key liaison personnel with NCSS's ICS department pertaining to IT and web-related subject matters.


Skills & Knowledge:

1) At least 4 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.

2) Process strategic and holistic thinking skills about multichannel marketing and its place within the marketing mix.

3) Result-oriented, with strong analytical skilss and data-driven thinking.

4) Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what type of content target segments consume and to create the relevant content.

5) Project Management skills and ability to manage priorities and competing demands.

6) Strong writing abilities and presentation skills with proven ability in writing copy.

7) Good knowledge of using Google/Adobe Analytics.
