As a statutory board in the Ministry of Communications and Information, IMDA promotes and regulates the infocomm and media sectors.

Manager, Digital Literacy & ParticipationResponsibilities:

You will be part of the team to develop a digitally ready society, in particular promoting online safety and responsibility to Singaporeans.

  • Developing and implementing a public education campaign for the community, targeting a wide audience from students to parents and seniors.
  • Developing, executing and reviewing programmes, as well as establishing new approaches and processes to achieve the programme objectives;
  • Developing & executing marketing strategies for outreach programmes.
  • Development and Customisation of campaign resources and materials to the different target segments
  • Strategizing and developing effective and consistent communications on key messages to stakeholders and members of the public;
  • Working closely with education institutions, industry and community partners to deploy programmes and initiatives to schools and community;
  • Conducting regular desktop scans and research to identify trends and issues related to online safety and responsibility.


  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Arts & Social Sciences or Business Administration
  • Prior Experience in Content development, including writing for online and offline mediums (e.g. website, social media, tip sheets, micro-videos) for various societal segments
  • Prior Experience in development of marketing collateral, events management and public relations (3 years minimum)
  • Strong people management skills and fluent in interaction with all working levels, including senior management
  • Possess good analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently, within a team and across teams. 
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to adapt to fast pace of work

Position will commensurate with experience.
