Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement plans and status to achieve timely submissions from schools / offices
  • Manage compliance and governance with procurement policy and procedure
  • Prepare yearly procurement report for Senior Management
  • Develop procurement strategies to enhance governance, results and increase operational efficiencies
  • Upkeep the procurement competencies of officers conducting procurement

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years’ experience with 10 years in government procurement, with a track record in supervision
  • Good people skills, leadership qualities and organisational skills with ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and has a collaborative approach to both internal and external stakeholders
  • IT Savvy and conversant with GeBIZ platform
