  • Lead the finance team in the accounts payables, Continuing Education & Training (CET) and payroll operations in managing the day-to-day operations, system enhancements and process improvements
  • Review, implement and maintain documentation of financial policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls and regulatory compliance
  • Manage the outsourced vendor supporting Oracle Financial System and oversee the contract management
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors on audit matters
  • Lead or participate in system implementation projects as a project manager or finance lead/representative
  • Mentor and develop the finance team
  • Undertake or lead initiatives or projects as required by Management
  • Any other projects or duties as and when assigned


  • Qualification in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position leading a team
  • Experience in wide spectrum of finance functions and operations preferably from both the public and private sectors
  • Experience in financial or other system implementation projects
  • Key attributes: Highly motivated, positive mindset, independent, resourceful, hands-on, analytical, meticulous and teamwork oriented
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with different groups of stakeholders
  • Proficient in IT tools (including MS Office) and ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Financial System R12 will be an advantage
