As part of the Manpower Planning and Workforce Analytics unit, you will:

  • Develop Manpower Plan, that anticipates the key workforce requirements and gaps, to plan for future HR Capabilities in consultation with Senior Leadership, HR Leadership, Div/Dept Heads and HR Architects
  • Provide insights on upcoming HR trends and insights and highlight solutions to relevant HR team/leadership on organisation re-designing efforts, including developing detailed structure determining sizing, future-roles and team structure
  • Develop an overall Sourcing Strategy, in line with MOM’s Business Strategy
  • Develop and review policies and guidelines for recruitment, transfers, internships and temporary staff management
  • Provide advice and support relating to sourcing, recruitment and appointment to internal stakeholders
  • Generate management reports, dashboards and analytics and define a continuous improvement framework to refine the accuracy of the metrics framework

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education. IHRP certification will be a plus
  • Possess good analytical and quantitative skills with fundamental understanding of analytics
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Be meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Be resourceful
  • Be creative, bold and solution-oriented
  • Be a team player with ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders
