  • The successful job applicant will contribute to the sports development of OSG at Republic Polytechnic. He/she will work with students, various sports groups and relevant stakeholders to promote and deliver innovative sports programmes and events. Applicant is expected to manage the sports facilities bookings as well as maintenance of the sports facilities. He/she would also take ownership and drive the sports wellness programmes and to enrich and enhance the student life experience in RP. Further to this, he/she will be involved in life skills programmes and campus-wide events.
  • Manage the sports facilities booking system
  • Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the sports complex
  • Create a vibrant student life through the development of Sports Teams and Interest Groups
  • Organise inter-tertiary competitions such as POL-ITE and IVP Games, overseas sports tours, and sports outreach events.
  • Lead and support the operations of RP-wide events and student-related programmes, undertaking other administrative tasks, including procurement, minutes taking, events management, reporting and data analysis as needed



  • Possesses relevant background and experience in sports development, facilities management or equivalent
  • Conversant and familiar with Risk Assessment procedures and WSH requirements
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels
  • Customer-oriented, highly driven and passionate in sports and youth development
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours
