As the Director, you will play the essential role of heading the Corporate Communications functions which comprise internal communications, marketing communications, media relations, public affairs, crisis and reputation management, brand management, and content management for internal and external media in addition to directing the overall student outreach programme. Your responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and direction to develop and implement a clear communications strategy that align with the goals and visions of Whole-of-Government and the organisation.

You will enrich stakeholders’ engagement through business partnering with the schools and departments within the organisation to conceptualise, organize and deliver key campaigns and signature events to enhance media effectiveness, discoverability for target audiences and to establish a strong local and international profile and reputation for SP.


  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with proven records in leading corporate communications team in the capacity of Deputy Director/Director in the areas of media relations, marketing communications, branding, events management, and digital communications.
  • Dynamic leader who thrives on challenges and possesses good people management skills in driving a team to deliver.
  • Confident communicator with excellent business partnering skills and the ability to influence and engage effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management and board of directors.
  • Good understanding of multi-channel communications including new media trends.
  • Strategic, resourceful and analytical, with excellent writing, communications and presentation skills.
