As a Project Officer, you are responsible to ensure that minor Information Communication Technology (ICT) projects are delivered according to the approved budget, schedule and scope and assists Project Manager to deliver ICT projects.

You will be placed under the Technical Support Officer Scheme.



As a Project Officer, you will ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.  You will also be required to ensure that all production system problems of the projects are resolved in a timely manner and operations’ impact is kept to a minimum.

In addition, you will assist Project Manager to file all projects documents and adhere to the standards. You will ensure that the project cost information is in a suitable format to enable seamless capitalization in the fixed asset register.

You will be required to cooperate and collaborate with various groups to achieve organizational objectives and maintain effective relationships with users and PTD staff.

You will also have to perform other duties as and when assigned by Project Manager.



  • Preferably with at least 2 years’ relevant experience;

  • Possess good interpersonal skills;

  • Possess critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure;

  • Possess organized approach to solve problem with good decision-making skills
