As the Programme Manager in the Coastal System Division, you will manage and execute the assigned programmes under Boat and Land ICT Team and also be responsible for the successful project development of these programmes for Police Coast Guard (PCG). You will also be responsible for the development of the Project Managers that will be reporting to this position.


You will be placed on the Home Team Specialist Scheme.



As the Programme Manager, you will ensure all projects and programmes are properly managed and executed within approved scope, budget and schedule and executed in accordance with PTD Quality Systems standards and polices. 


You will ensure that SPF Coastal-related systems are protected from malicious attacks and all data present in SPF’s Coastal systems network are secured in accordance to security policies.


You may be assigned with any other tasks as required by the Assistant Director, Coastal System Division.



  • Engineering, Computer Science, Information technology or other related fields

  • Preferably with at least 10 years of project management experiences in managing small to large scale projects

  • Possess knowledge in information management technologies and area of IT security

  • Possess knowledge in Systems Engineering Methodology and life cycle management

  • Good interpersonal skills and team player

  • Must be committed, able to work under pressure and deliver projects and programme under tight schedule

  • Knowledge in C3S system, Maritime system/equipment and network infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls etc would be an advantage

  • Possess excellent communication skill both in terms of good writing and presentation skills
