Singapore Polytechnic’s Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy is a leading Continuing Education and Training (CET) academy that offers a variety of relevant courses for adult learners to enhance their employability.

The appointee will lead the Outreach & Development division in PACE Academy, comprising business development and marketing functions, to increase market and mind share of SP CET programmes.


  • Develop strategic business development and marketing plans for PACE
  • Manage teams within the division and ensure synergies across their work outputs and functions
  • Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing
  • Collaborate with Unions and associations in human capital capability development
  • Implement corporate sales plan for client prospecting and acquisition; and manage key corporate accounts
  • Seek collaboration with reputable training partners to scale up our course offerings 
  • Work closely with funding and accreditation bodies to ensure affordability and quality of our programmes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in mounting CET courses in SP, and provide advice on CET guidelines and rules
  • Innovate on product development and CET initiatives; followed through by implementation that will give PACE a competitive edge
  • Develop a pool of adjunct trainers and developers
  • Close tracking and data reporting to management


  • At least six years of experience in an educational or training-related context
  • At least four years of experience in managing a mid-sized team
  • Track record of successful implementation of business development and marketing strategies
  • Good business acumen
  • Innovative and proactive to develop and test new initiatives and ideas
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • A team player who is self-motivated and require minimal supervision
