Responsibilities

  • Partner and support internal and external stakeholders in their Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) marketing activities including collaterals, events (exhibitions, talks, poly tours) and coordinate other marketing projects where required
  • Collate and coordinate with various stakeholders to produce various marketing collaterals in both printed and online versions
  • Design and create multimedia products such as websites, video-clips, digital animation and EDMs as well as print collaterals such as magazines, brochures, flyers, posters and banners
  • Coordinate and support marketing and communications activities, including events and campaigns
  • Provide administrative support including taking meeting notes, handling public enquiry, data entry tasks and maintaining mailing database
  • Handle creative design requirements for print, web and e-marketing materials
Requirements
 
  • Qualifications in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business or its related disciplines
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented, possess  thinking skills and eye for details
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to multi task and deliver positive results under pressure and tight timelines
  • Creative problem-solving ability with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in teams yet competent in managing projects independently
  • Good IT literacy and proficient in Video making, Microsoft applications software, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. to design and create multimedia marketing materials
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility to deliver
  • Pleasant personality with good work attitude
