Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate students' learning, conduct student-industry collaboration project, develop curricula and/or contribute in various area(s) such as:
    • Entrepreneurship
    • Technopreneurship
    • Creativity and Innovation
    • Digital Business
  • Development of entrepreneurship related programmes and initiatives across schools and departments in RP
  • Mentor student teams for projects/competitions and start-ups in their setup including securing funding through market penetration and expansion strategies 
  • Liaison with grant and funding agencies for innovation and enterprise related development
  • Engage and outreach to stakeholders in the entrepreneurship eco-system such as government agencies, incubators, venture capitalists, angel Investors, etc. 
  • Manage the operations and resources management of the incubation centre/ideation space that may include:
    • Budget, resources and activities planning
    • Prepare documentation and reports of the incubation activities and milestones reporting
    • Manage the incubation space utilization and financial matters

Requirements

  • Possess qualification in the relevant field(s) below:
    • Entrepreneurship
    • Technopreneurship
    • Creativity and Innovation
    • Digital Business
  • Preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships at all levels
  • Resourceful, with proven problem-solving, analytical and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work independently with strong planning and organising skills
  • Possess good industry network and linkages for entrepreneurship projects
  • Entrepreneurial experience in starting a business will be an advantage
