The Partnerships Team within the Arts & Heritage Division (AHD) oversees the stakeholder management process within the division. As a member of the Partnerships Team, the Senior Manager/Manager is responsible for driving the transformation of work processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing operations within the division. This involves:

1.  Conceptualising and implementing business process reengineering initiatives within AHD. This includes the (i) redesign of existing workflows to support the management, growth and application of AHD’s stakeholder database; (ii) planning for and implementing the adoption of digital tools (e.g. RPA) within AHD to automate and/or simplify work processes; (iii) planning for and implementing any other improvements to AHD’s work processes, as directed by management.

2.  Supporting internal stakeholders through the process of the transformation. This includes engaging other members of the division to better understand their business needs, pain points, and to provide feedback to management on the progress of transformation efforts.


1.  The candidate should ideally have a track record in:

  1. Business process re-engineering,
  2. Change management for implementation of business processes

2.   The candidate should have competencies in:

  1. Stakeholder engagement and communications
  2. Excel and other relevant database tools
  3. Customer relationship management tools

3.   The candidate should also have experience working with consultants and vendors (including IT vendors) in managing projects, from gathering of users’ requirements, UAT to implementation and feedback/review gathering.
