HPB's health promotion effort never stops growing.  The Corporate and Industry Partnerships (CIP) Division has the unique opportunity to create and build long-lasting relationships with our partners, and to cultivate these partnerships to develop mutually beneficial collaborations that will support HPB’s programmes, strategies and initiatives.

This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to develop strategic partnerships with key players in the relevant industry-segment.  The primary role is to identify, develop and build strategic commercial partnerships to drive key programmes, projects and initiatives with the objectives of enhancing partnerships’ engagement value to help raise awareness or adoption of health promoting products and services.  This entails working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop win-win partnership programmes, go-to-market initiatives and promotional plans for our target audience.

Candidate should ideally have relevant experience in account management (B2B or B2C environment), events or project management, and possess excellent communications and persuasive skills in seeking and managing key partners.

 

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Actively source and engage with industry partners such as those in the retail malls, integrated hubs, places of interest (attractions), and consumer technology sectors, to develop long-term relationship in key areas (eg. app development and digital integration, co-branding, joint campaign, cross-marketing, etc.) to support various HPB programmatic objectives.

  • Design and drive targeted deep-dive projects with selected partners to strengthen existing partnerships and bring them to the next level

  • Serve as a domain expert in assigned programmes, campaigns or projects, to co-create, conceptualise and implement specific initiatives

  • Take ownership of the state-of-relationship and performance impacting each partner and/or project in your portfolio, and propose recommendations for improvement.

  • Promote HPB Loyalty Programme to relevant partners to get them onboard, adopt Healthpoints, support the Common Rewards Catalogue, and eventually become part of the entire healthy eco-system

  • Participate and contribute to the review of the HPB Loyalty Program (LP) strategic roadmap to continuously raise program robustness, relevance and effectiveness.

  • Support the team in conceptualising and delivering specific LP initiatives which aim to deliver value and quality engagement with internal and external stakeholders and achieve HPB objectives. 

  • Work through all details of execution/implementation to ensure timely and successful rollout of all assigned projects

  • Work with management to review and update the roadmap of assigned projects, establish workplan budget and track progress performance on aligned KPIs.

 

Requirements

You should:

  • Have at least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in account management, events and project management, and customer engagement (B2B or B2C). Prior experience with loyalty programme management and hands-on knowledge of various CRM/IT systems is a plus

  • Have proven track record in successfully developing, implementing and executing partnership programmes or initiatives, with a good understanding of the underlying economics of managing such programmes

  • Demonstrated competency in partnership proposal development (includes ideation), operations planning, execution and management of project launches 

  • Have strong analytical skills to produce outcome and process-related reports and derive valuable insights and analysis that can be actionable

  • Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills coupled with strong influencing skills; advance knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a strong plus

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team across a matrix structure; has good leadership and teamwork qualities to engage, motivate and work with team members and stakeholders

  • Possess a strategic mind-set, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organisation and navigate complex stakeholder relationships

  • Be creative, savvy, resourceful and results-oriented.
