  • Lead the initiatives to plan, develop, implement and management of C-UAS systems, procedures and controls for OCC.
  • Responsible for the project management and supervision of maintenance of counter-UAS systems.
  • Ensure overall quality and integrity of the projects.
  • Maintain the counter-UAS systems in accordance with international standards and best practices.
  • Manage project resources and schedule by working with both internal and external parties to deliver counter-UAS systems that meet the specified standards.
  • Manage maintenance contractors to ensure that all maintenance services are performed and equipment are maintained to the highest performance standards.
  • Responsible for the project management of any counter-UAS system replacement, including the whole procurement and implementation process as well as support the implementation of new systems.
  • Perform the necessary safety assessment whenever new counter-UAS systems are implemented
  • Ensure operations and communications run efficiently and effectively under any circumstances by working with fellow OCC officers and partners to detect threats and identify vulnerability.
  • Make assessment of situation/incident, and make decision to activate resources to mitigate and handle the service disruption.
  • Conduct daily briefings to OCC team and ensure centre log and daily incident reports are duly completed and compiled for data analysis purpose.
  • Conduct assessment and recommend appropriate measures relating to the findings and incidents that will ensure the safe and efficient operations of the airport.
  • Assist in investigations and propose improvements to enhance security measures.
  • Execute security framework comprising of operations metrics, standard operations procedures and processes that meet security audit requirements.
  • Participate in table top and actual exercise to simulate threats and incidents to the operational procedures.
  • Assist in the management of resources including equipment and facilities in OCC.


  • Prior experience working in an OCC and/or aviation environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience relating to Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) inclusive of drones would be advantageous.
  • Trained in either of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering,  Computing, Telecommunication, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge on radars, camera, frequency spectrum and drone operations will be an advantage.
  • Calm disposition to handle and resolve unforeseen circumstances.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
  • Must be able to perform shift duties.
