Job Summary:

The Communications Division spearheads and executes communication initiatives to promote greater public awareness for MSF’s policies and programmes.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop communication strategies to achieve desired outcomes
  2. Conceptualise, plan and implement campaigns to promote MSF’s policies and programmes. This include analysis of research data, focus group discussions and pre- and post- campaign evaluation surveys to determine campaign strategies and design persuasive messages that improve public attitudes and promote inclusive behaviours in the workplace and community settings. 
  3. To effectively represent MSF and facilitate on WOG-related communication matters, working with different Ministries and related agencies on marketing communication projects and initiatives.
  4. Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing communications, event management and partnership.
  • Good knowledge in campaign planning, implementation and evaluation; and has experience working with creative and media agencies/partners.
