Job Description

As Senior Human Resource (HR) Executive, Recruitment in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will be handling the recruitment, selection and appointment of Teachers, Allied Educators (AEDs) or Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS) for schools and the Ministry’s Headquarters (HQ).
Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the recruitment, selection and appointment of suitable applicants into the Ministry
  • Assisting in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and strategies to enhance the recruitment and selection processes to better meet the Ministry’s needs
  • Supporting the streamlining and review of existing systems and processes to maintain high standard of service delivery as well as to enhance application experience
  • Analyse recruitment data for dynamic management of operations as well as supporting the development of IT systems to facilitate recruitment and selection processes
  • Working with the marketing team, schools and other HQ divisions on recruitment activities such as career talks and job fairs to reach out to targeted applicants
  • Handling queries and appeals from interested applicants and prospective employees



  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable in handling different profiles of customers and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in data analytics and development of IT systems would be an advantage
