Information Technology

IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services. The Board’s IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.


  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure
  • Responsible for the daily operating systems and ensure ongoing security and resiliency of the infrastructure, perform regular security health check on all the servers and remediate to address the identified gaps
  • Manage, configure and maintain all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure systems availability within the service level, support technology refresh and perform regular and ensure timely system patching
  • Provide technical support for Infrastructure and Operations, which include change management, problem management, configuration management, capacity management and disaster recovery


  • Minimally 6 years of experience in providing IT infrastructure and application installation and administration in different operating systems/ platforms/ products in an Enterprise environment, with at least 2 years of application support experience
  • Good knowledge of Domain Controllers with experience in managing AD, WAP, ADFS, DNS, and DHCP
  • Strong knowledge of server virtualization including SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, Databases and various infrastructure solutions
  • Experience in Windows, OS patching, Windows Power Shell and Scripting, troubleshooting and incident management with ability to establish root causes investigation
  • Familiar with network protocols and good understanding of system security and operation risks

Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience.
