  • You will be part of a team responsible for planning and developing the natural gas market in Singapore with the objective of ensuring secure and reliable piped/liquefied natural gas supply to consumers that is cost competitive and sustainable.
  • The job entails monitoring the Singapore and global gas market developments, and developing and implementing enhancements to the economic regulatory policy and licensing framework, the Gas Network Code and the Singapore gas market design. The job scope covers the upstream import of natural supply to Singapore, the downstream supply to gas end users in Singapore, as well as the development and efficient use of gas import/supply infrastructure and facilities.
  • In this role, you will be an individual contributor and also a team player to engage and consult industry stakeholders and other agencies to identify regulatory/commercial/operational issues, and to develop/drive solutioning to achieve the above objective.


  • Education in Economics, Accountancy, Finance, Business or Engineering.
  • Relevant work experience in the energy (power and gas) industry will be an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, negotiation and communications (both written and verbal) skills.
  • A committed team player, with strong interest to shape the future of Singapore‚Äôs energy industry.

Remuneration and appointment will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
All new appointments will be offered on contract basis.
