We are seeking an experienced Manager to plan and deliver high-quality ICT infrastructure to meet new demands and business requirements. This is a critical role which entails engagement with different business users. Due to growing organisation needs, you will be working on multiple existing and new infrastructure projects that will serve both internal and external stakeholders in the cultural sector.

  • Manage the development and maintenance of ICT Infrastructure through the entire lifecycle to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.
  • Actively participate in business and application requirements, review organisational ICT infrastructure as well as design and implement new ICT architecture to meet current and future requirements such as resiliency, availability and data integrity needs
  • Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures as part of risk management.
  • Effectively engage and manage vendors to deliver quality ICT infrastructure solutions and services.
  • Manage and work closely with the NHB facility management and applications team and vendors to resolve application and infrastructure related issues.
  • Review and propose implementation of technology changes or developments that would enhance user experience.
  • Ensure processes and project documentation adhere to NHB’s Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Lead the infrastructure development, maintenance and support services covering:
    • Procurement & Contract Management
    • Risk Management
    • Budget Management
    • Vendor Management
    • Service Level Management (service level agreement, technology refresh)
    • Service/Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget, prioritization)
    • Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure)
    • Audit and Security Services


  • Background in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing ICT infrastructure development projects and maintenance
  • Good knowledge of ICT infrastructure; Commercial Cloud services and implementation, servers, network, IT security, end-user computing (EUC), Microsoft 365 services or ICT operation
  • Related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, AWS/Azure related training will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
  • Adaptable and willing to take on challenges and take calculated risks
  • Motivated by innovation to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction
  • Good written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing government ICT Projects and understanding of government procurement processes will be an added advantage
  • Interest in the Arts and Heritage Sector is a plus
