Manager – Cybersecurity (Governance, Risk and Compliance - GRC) 

A cybersecurity practitioner coming from an infocomm and media (ICM) background with strong cybersecurity technical experience is needed to plan, manage and execute GRC initiatives with ICM operators so as to improve the reliability and confidence of ICM services in Singapore.


  • Project manage and execute cybersecurity initiatives and projects with industry partners and ICM operators.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the GRC platform to track compliance and monitor risks.
  • Assess, evaluate and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of security controls for ICM operators.
  • Execute initiatives for dealing with an increasing number of audits, compliance checks and assessment processes for ICM operators.
  • Track, validate and follow-up with ICM operators on any gaps identified.


  • Background in Computer Science / Computing / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years of practical experience in design, procurement, development, maintenance, and administration of GRC systems. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for Senior Manager role.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices such as OWASP Top 10, and security principles for secure application development such as input validation check, data sanitisation, secure session management, etc. Candidates with past training in these areas are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral in English.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a team, able to work under pressure and flexible in handling tasks assigned.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or etc. is a plus.
  • Familiarity with government security requirements and/or processes (e.g. procurement) will have an added advantage.
