The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a statutory board under Ministry of Transport that spearheads land transport developments in Singapore. We are seeking dynamic, energetic, highly motivated, passionate and qualified professionals to join us.

You will be part of the dynamic team at the Transformation Office that drives LTA’s organisation strategy to be more future-ready and to fulfil its mission of “Connecting People and Places, Enhancing Travel Experience”.

You will shape and drive the realisation of corporate strategies and work plans for LTA. You will play a key role in promoting and sustaining organisational excellence, transformation efforts and change management so as to ensure that LTA is future-ready. This involves catalysing service improvements through service journeys/workplace journeys, re-engineering business processes, leadership development and change management.

You will lead a team of 10-15 officers and some of the specific areas that you will be working on include:
- LTA’s corporate strategy, aligning corporate work plans and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Spearheading transformation projects, working with business divisions and agile teams to re-imagine and renew their structures and business processes.
- Horizon scanning for emerging trends related to land transport and to develop the strategies to future-proof our organisation
- Leadership development to create stronger collective leadership for the future
- Change management to support the transformation efforts and shape more positive workplace culture and behaviours

You should enjoy working with diverse groups of people to forge deep understanding of their business needs and help create meaningful change within the organisation. You would also need to be comfortable synthesizing information and data from diverse sources and have strong communication skills to engage senior management and other stakeholders.

As part of your role, there will be ample learning opportunities for design thinking, behavioural insights, organisation development and change management, and to experiment and apply them in our transformation journey.

Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification with good Honours
• At least 5-10 years of experience
• Keen interest in working with people and shaping change
