You will be part of a Finance team responsible for leading the budgeting process re-engineering and the new budget system development. You will liaise with our Business Groups and inter-agency project leads for the requirements gathering and process review, and liaise with the appointed system consultants to define the business requirements and see through the system implementation. You will need to understand the system functionalities, workflows and dependencies so as to identify potential
solutions for proposal and implementation. You will plan and participate in the user acceptance testing and data migration. You will also be involved in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, training materials and conduct training to users.

Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in Accountancy or Finance
• At least 3 years’ experience in finance/accounting role with experience in Financial Planning and Budgeting
• IT-Savvy, analytical and able to think out of the box
• Able to work independently and perform under pressure and tight timelines
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in system implementation will be an advantage
