You will be part of the team responsible for the processing of Public Service Vehicle (“PSV”) Licences for buses. You will be involved in vetting staff’s recommendations on applications for new and renewal of PSV Licences, conducting policy and rules reviews to ensure its relevance and effectiveness and monitoring the bus operators’ compliance with the licensing conditions. In the course of work, you will need to liaise frequently with LTA divisions, government agencies, bus operators, private organisations and community leaders, as well as attend to public feedback. You will also be tasked to review work processes and guidelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
 
Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline
• At least 3 years in a supervisory position
• Strong written, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent and able to take the initiative to resolve issues to meet deadlines
• Proven leadership skills, able to motivate team member, as well as a strong team player
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
