Schemes Management

CPF members can use their CPF savings to buy a house, take care of their healthcare needs and save up for their retirement income for their golden years via the various schemes offered.  If you are meticulous, a systematic thinker and derive satisfaction from helping others, you will fit right into this job.

Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with consultants to determine the feasible features of investment products which are suitable for long-term investment, and recommend to Management on the design and implementation of the product.
  • Review and improve the polices governing the various investment product (including but not limited to asset allocation, benchmark selection, risk limits and mitigations), on an ongoing basis.
  • Review proposals and facilitate the appointment of consultant, fund management companies (FMCs), and fund administrators. Monitor their performance and manage the relationships.
  • Provide system requirements and handle system related projects, which include defining test scenarios, conducting User-Acceptance Testing, reviewing test results and making refinements.
  • Provide secretarial support for investment schemes’ committees.


  • Strong in numeric, analytical, writing, research and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently or with a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Preferably with work experience in fund management in fund houses, insurance companies or banks and possess knowledge of investment product design (e.g. life-cycle funds). 
  • Candidate with CFA is preferred
