Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the career transition framework, processes and guidelines for workforce transformation
  • Devise a Career Transition Toolkit and communication materials for business leaders
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to map out board-wide manpower transition action plans, plan the scope of transition and co-develop interventions to optimise resources with agility
  • Engage external stakeholders to build network and database to facilitate transition 
  • Conduct career coaching sessions to help (i) business leaders manage changes and (ii) staff to explore roles that match their interests, values and skills
  • Explore and identify reskilling opportunities to aid officers in transition
  • Manage the end to end implementation of each transition process
  • Analyse relevant data, prepare regular reports and assessments, forecast outcomes metrics and prioritize initiatives based on the forecast to support management discussions and improvise transition strategies

Requirements

  • At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in a large organization, preferably with a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / iHRP certification
  • Experience in career coaching/counselling
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage diversity, work well with cross-functional teams in a high-pressured and fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and resilient
  • Effective team player and independent worker
  • High emotional intelligence; able to empathize with others and can handle other people’s emotions
