Job Responsibilities

As an Assistant Director managing the change management portfolio in the Career Transition Unit, you will work with relevant stakeholders to plan and implement the people transition change plans and prepare staff to embrace changes in their careers.

  • Identify people-related change management needs so as to design, develop, and deliver effective interventions to support transitions of individuals
  • Adapt change management framework to the context of career transition and break down to implementable action plans for individuals, and work with Change Management Unit to facilitate business leaders in managing change
  • Develop and implement change management plans to help individuals transit successfully due to changes arising from change projects, including stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessment, sponsor engagement
  • Develop comprehensive communication plan to ensure all relevant parties are kept abreast of changes   

Requirements

  • At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in a large organization, preferably with a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / iHRP certification or Organisation Development certification
  • Experience in organisation design and/or change management methodology and implementation 
  • Have sound knowledge in at least 1 change management methodology e.g. Certification in PROSCI change management, or have proven track record in change management projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent written ability
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to manage diversity, work well with cross-functional teams in a high-pressured and fast-paced environment
  • Effective team player and independent worker
