Senior Manager (Marketing)

Digital technologies are becoming an integral part of society today and digital adoption is no longer a good-to-have, but is key in ensuring public health and safety, and an essential enabler for daily activities.

IMDA is committed to help seniors to embrace infocomm technology to connect better with the community and to take part in opportunities in the digital economy.

As Senior Manager, you will support inter-agency team to develop strategies and programmes for a digital society, in particular, to ensure that senior citizens are equipped with the digital tools, solutions and connectivity, as well as the skills and know-how, to use technology actively, responsibly and confidently.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualise, develop and implement integrated communications and marketing plans to promote IMDA objectives
  • Conceptualise key messaging frameworks and narratives for IMDA’s industry development efforts
  • Propose and execute new marketing ideas to raise awareness, interest and mindshare
  • Develop and manage campaigns to support IMDA, to include:
    • Developing a wide range of creative assets different target audiences/markets and various events and publications
    • Executing effective marketing plans to drive attendance and participation from members of the public and target audiences
    • Executing procurement efforts in the procuring of creative production and media buying services


  • Background in Public Relations/Communications/Journalism/Marketing or related
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in marketing and managing integrated campaigns for local and overseas markets                                                  
  • Experience in PR, media relations and management                                                                      
  • Good writing and editing skills                                 
  • Meticulous, good project and budget management                                                                       
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors

Position will commensurate with experience
