Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement organisational learning, leadership development and enhancement of learning systems and solutions that help shape the learning culture in MOM
  • Identify learning gaps, develop curriculum, and implement appropriate learning interventions that are aligned to MOM’s competency framework
  • Support the various schools under the MOM Academy to design curriculum and contextualise content to MOM’s business context
  • Ensure quality training delivery and conduct stand up training and assess others’ training delivery

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in any field. IHRP certification will be a plus
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in learning and development, with experience in curriculum design, development of training materials and case studies, and managing all aspects of the learning cycle
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and experience in stand-up training
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA / ACLP) qualification and prior public service experience will have added advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
