#SGUnitedJobs Project Officer – Next-Generation CRMS 

Are you interested in digitalization and transformation, and have a keen interest in technology?  If so, we want you to be part of our team at the Singapore Police Force (SPF). 

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. 

The Service Delivery Department is the staff authority for service delivery of the SPF. Our mission is to ensure the delivery of high service standards by SPF in every interaction with the public so that SPF can discharge the Police mission effectively and professionally.   

As a project officer under the ambit of the Next-Gen CRMS, you will spearhead and drive the transformation and implementation of the enhanced customer relationship management system (CRMS) of the SPF. You will have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders within and outside the organization, and be exposed to many major workstreams and other digital functionalities. You will also take away key learning points on the service delivery landscape of SPF, and as well as the entire public service.  

Upon successful appointment, you will be placed under the Management Executive (MX) Scheme. 

 

Job Expectations 

To be part of the N-Gen CRMS team, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion to transform and enhance service delivery to the public, and exhibit a keen interest in data and digitalization projects.  

You will also be heavily involved in multiple developmental workstreams and developmental efforts to ensure that the Next-Generation CRMS is a robust and cutting-edge deliverable to transform the service landscape of SPF. 

 

Requirements 

  • Possess strong analytical and research skills 

  • Meticulous and independent worker who can carry out your responsibilities with minimum supervision 

  • Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good time management and be able to meet tight deadlines

  • Prior knowledge and background in managing data and digitalization projects preferred  

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint)
