#SGUnitedJobs Operations Officer (Investigation System)

CID is embarking on the journey to fully digitalise the investigation processes and develop a new investigation case management system. Given the large number of processes that are involved and the cross-cutting usages of the systems designed (investigation, data management, HR functions, inventory management, and audit, etc), it is necessary to ensure that the purpose-built systems are able to meet multiple users’ needs, stable, and any system glitch can be dealt with promptly to minimise downtime.

As an Operations Officer (Investigation System) in CID, you play an important role in ensuring that SPF’s investigators are able to continually achieve their mission in the new digital age. As part of the project team working on the new investigation case management system and associated initiatives, you will be driving stakeholders engagement, conduct change management workshops / focus group discussions, conduct system usage training, maintain KM in status of discussions and plans, manage procurement, etc.

You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.
