As a working member of the Electric Vehicle (EV) section of Transport Research Division, you will support LTA's strategic development and implementation of key electromobility initiatives and other clean technology projects and studies in Singapore. In particular, you will support the efforts in collaborating with external partners (industry and other government agencies) and internal divisions to promote the adoption of EV in Singapore. In doing so, you will be required to support the development of R&D roadmap and specific initiatives to support the outcomes, as well as project management responsibilities to co-ordinate the implementation work to ensure timely programme delivery. You are also required to keep yourself abreast of latest EV and clean transport technology trends and development, so that maturing technologies can be evaluated and considered early to further boost the performance of the programme.

• Tertiary qualification in relevant fields such as Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Battery Technology, Clean/Renewal Energy and other sustainable environment technology, etc.
• Professional qualifications such as Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW), experience in testing and certification of EV charging systems (EVCS), and/or expertise in operations and maintenance of EVCS, will be considered preferably
• Ability to map, code and perform geospatial analysis using software such as ArcGIS will be a bonus
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in project management and collaborative work in EV related professional areas will be preferred
• Possess the ability to organise and handle multiple priorities amidst demanding workstreams and timelines. His ability to take on independent assignment on related technical, as well as policy issues, is also essential, as part of the overall teamwork
• With strong command of English as well as good critical thinking, writing and presentation skills will be viewed favourably
