The Strategic Planning, Research and Development Group (SPRG) drives the strategic planning process to help MSF advance its mission and contribute to the whole-of-government strategic objectives.

The Data Governance Office, under SPRG, drives MSF’s data strategy, formulates data governance policies/ processes and builds data capabilities within MSF.

MSF is currently developing an enterprise data management platform which will eventually serve as the “first stop” for social service sector data. You will be part of a high-performing team in driving project management and providing holistic support to key stakeholders for enterprise data warehouse solution.

Core responsibilities include the following:
• Coordinating users’ requirements;
• Developing workflows to facilitate data sharing;
• Participating in user acceptance tests;
• Driving change management activities; and
• Conducting training to onboard users.

• At least 2 years of working experience in system development and/or project management
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
• Intellectually curious and resourceful in proposing workaround solutions
• Relevant technical expertise would be an advantage


The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract.
