Diving Coach and Aquatics Director Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Diving Coach and Aquatics Director. This is a full time, 12-month reporting position with benefits. The Diving Coach and Aquatics Director is responsible for all phases of managing a successful diving program and managing and programming the Jim Steen Natatorium during the academic year and summer months. This position reports to the Head Swimming and Diving Coach and supports the mission of the College in its focus on student development, outcomes and success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruiting, arranging travel, managing budgets, coaching, tracking equipment, developing alumni contacts, managing meets, teaching lifeguard certification classes, and hiring and supervising lifeguards. Assistant Director of Experiential Learning, Career Development Office Gambier, OH
The Assistant Director of Experiential Learning offers 1:1 career advising and group programming; provides outreach and support to faculty and campus partners; and administers experiential learning initiatives managed by the Career Development Office, including summer internship stipend funding and resource development experiential learning. The Assistant Director is a member of the Career Development Office (CDO), which is positioned within the Academic Affairs Division. The Assistant Director will report to the Associate Director of Experiential Learning and Internships. This is a 12-month position.
Associate Director of Experiential Learning, Career Development Office Gambier, OH
The Associate Director will support the professional success of Kenyon College students and graduates through 1:1 advising, workshops, and the strategic development of experiential learning tools. The Associate Director will oversee current internship programs and resources, including the Community Internship Program, EXPL courses (internship-connected courses for credit), and internship stipends. Visiting Assistant Professor of Anthropology Gambier, OH
Kenyon College, a highly selective, nationally ranked liberal arts college in central Ohio, invites applications for a two-year position in Anthropology at the level of Visiting Assistant Professor, beginning fall semester 2024. Completion of Ph.D. is expected prior to or shortly after July 1, 2024. We seek a historical archaeologist specializing in the colonial period who does not overlap with the department’s current strengths in Mesoamerica. Candidates should be able to demonstrate an excellent teaching record, an active research agenda, and a strong commitment to including students in ongoing research. Responsibilities include teaching a 3/2 course load over two semesters in the academic year. The successful candidate will teach one section of Introduction to Archaeology every semester, upper-level courses in archaeology, and classes associated with their area of specialization. Exhibition and Collection Preparator Gambier, OH

Service and Support Coordinator Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Service and Support Coordinator. The hourly rate of pay for this full-time, 12-month position is $17.87. This position serves the college by responding to requests of students, faculty, alumni as well as colleagues in offices all over campus, making this person a front-line representative. Data entered into systems by the Service and Support Coordinator position cascades throughout the work of the Registrar's Office, student records, academic departments, and beyond making accuracy and efficient completion of work essential to success. This position requires comfort and proficiency with data, systems, and software applications. This position works closely with all members of the Registrar's Office as well as colleagues from other offices including Academic Advising, Student Accessibility and Support Services, and academic departments. Additionally, the position in this role is one of the main points of contact for the office on the phone and in-person at the office, requiring exceptional verbal communication skills. Telecommunications Officer, Part-Time Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Campus Safety Telecommunications Officer, Part-Time. Hours worked per week and shifts worked will be dependent on coverage needs, including weekends and possibly holidays. The rate of pay is $16.50 per hour between the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm, $17.75 between the hours of 3:00pm to 11:00pm and $18.00 between the hours of 11:00pm to 7:00am. Part-Time Campus Safety Telecommunication Officers receive double their hourly pay rate when scheduled to work a shift during recognized college holidays. This is a collectively bargained position and without benefits.

This role leads a dynamic team of administrative and clinical staff including front desk, staff nurses, advanced practice providers and collaborating physicians to achieve the mission of the Cox Health & Counseling Center: Providing compassionate care and empowering students to best manage their own health in preparation for life after Kenyon. Postdoctoral Fellowship with the Center for the Study of American Democracy Gambier, OH
The Center for the Study of American Democracy invites applications for a one-year residential postdoctoral fellowship, with a possible second-year extension, for the academic year 2024-25, with a start date of August 2024. This fellowship will explore the nexus between the market and society. Candidates will be jointly appointed with an appropriate affiliate department of the center, such as economics, history, political science, philosophy or sociology. Senior Director of Wellness Gambier, OH
Kenyon College seeks a qualified candidate to fill the position of Senior Director of Wellness. The Senior Director of Wellness provides leadership and oversight of the three offices (Health Services, Counseling Services and Health Promotion) in the Cox Center as well as coordinates campus-wide initiatives that focus on student wellness. Kenyon College is very focused on wellness as part of our strategic plan, Foundations for Kenyon’s Third Century, and this position will be essential in that plan. The position reports directly to the Vice President for Student Affairs and is an integral member of the Division of Student Affairs. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must have at least five years of experience in a college-university health or counseling setting with an advanced degree in a health related field.
