We’re looking for a Casual Technician who genuinely enjoys helping customers who may not be confident with technology. Whether it’s setting up a laptop, troubleshooting Wi-Fi, or patiently walking someone through how to use their phone – you’ll be the calm in the chaos.

🧠 What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of PCs, software, and tech peripherals

• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to explain things clearly to customers of all experience levels

• Experience with printers, networking gear, digital cameras, and software setup

• Knowledge of Apple products is a strong bonus

• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset

• Availability across retail hours, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
