Harvey Norman Commercial Division is a leader in supplying quality goods to project builders, developers, and architects.
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Stock Control Clerk to join our dynamic team at Harvey Norman Commercial Stapylton.
About the role:
• Full-Time Role – Monday to Friday, no weekend work!
• Perform cyclic stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Monitor and manage stock control BIN movements
• Process Customer returns to supplier (RMA’s)
•Coordinate customer pick-ups and site transfers
• Analyse and troubleshoot supplier errors
• Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
•Ensure professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Follow security procedures
The Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar capacity
• Forklift Licence
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Excel is an advantage
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
