The Unit Secretary also assists in orienting and training new personnel.

MUHA EA32 - Registered Nurse II - Neonatal Nurseries Charleston, SC, Charleston, SC-Main Campus, Children's Hospital, Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital
The 66 bed Neonatal Intensive and Intermediate Care Units are located in our Children's Hospital. The MUSC NICU is the regional referral center for this area, providing care to premature and sick neonates. The average daily census is 66. The Neonatal ICUs provides medical and surgical care with most common diagnoses including prematurity, respiratory distress, and neonatal surgical conditions. In addition to respiratory and nutritional support, the NICUs provide ECMO/CRRT and surgical support. Pediatric Palliative care is available as needed. Two units located on the 8th floor of Children's Hospital include the 27 bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the 9 bed Special Care Nursery. The 29 bed Level 2 Nursery is adjacent to Labor and Delivery on the 5th floor of MUSC's Main Hospital. The NICU also supports an infant home monitoring program for infants requiring monitoring upon discharge. All NICU beds are monitored beds. Digital Dental Laboratory Technologist primary responsibly is to supervise and provide training on the latest technology in computer-aided design (CAD), additive and subtractive manufacturing processes (CAM) and to fabricate restorations for patients treated in the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine student clinic. This individual will work with, train, and supervise dental students and faculty in various digital workflows to include 3D printing, milling and scanning. In addition, the technologist will be responsible for generating high quality restorations out of various materials to include acrylic, resin and ceramics. This individual will also be responsible for calibrating and maintaining the laboratory equipment and training other laboratory technicians on digital dentistry techniques.

The Hollings Cancer Center Director’s laboratory is looking for a candidate with advanced knowledge of varied technical expertise and with some lab experience. The position is responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, and recording of their project information to ensure transparency of information for PMO leadership and team members.
