MUHA AA11 - Patient Registrar/Clinical Assistant - COVID Community-Based Testing Sites Upstate
High school diploma or equivalent (GED and a minimum of two years of healthcare administrative and/or clinical experience required. Typing speed of 25cwpm and basic computer skills required. Medical Terminology and familiarity with ICD-9-CM and CPT-4 coding preferred. At least one year of patient care experience in a health care facility preferred. Basic Life Support required within 2 weeks of hire. Thereafter, must maintain a Current Basic Life Support (BLS), either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
