Under the direction of the leader, the Covid 19 Testing Site Lead is responsible for carrying out the objectives, plans, and polices for the established testing areas. Endures that the services provided within area of responsibility are delivered within established standards. • Validate that truck has all supplies, IT (phones) and infrastructure needed • Facilitate appropriate staging of site, directing and assisting care team with set up and break down of each testing location • Timely arrival to testing sites – arriving two hours in advance of testing start time • Lead the testing site team o Lead huddle and debrief to ensure all care team members are informed of the workflow and operating procedures o Ensure care team signs in and out each day upon arrival/departure  Command is then to sign-off on total hours worked for each employee (including travel time, set up and break down) o Triage staffing issues in live time at site – e.g. sending care team member home if sick o Coordinate appropriate breaks and coverage as needed throughout day o Communicate any safety or performance concerns to operational leader • Purchase lunch for team on site when not sponsored • Purchase gas as needed for truck o Based on assumption that each Command has a P-card • Participate in daily 4pm check-in call and weigh in on any operational/clinical challenges or concerns • Ensure truck is clean and organized after the conclusion of each testing location. Request additional supplies for appropriate restocking as needed.
MUHA AI35 - COVID19 Clinician (20 hrs/week) Charleston, SC
Testing patients throughout the state of South Carolina for COVID-19. The COVID-19 Testing Clinician reports to the Staffing Coordinator Under the direct supervision of the COVID-19 Testing Site lead, the COVID-19 Testing Clinician performs multi-skilled activities to support the safe and efficient testing of patients for COVID-19. The COVID-19 Testing Clinician is expected to perform nasopharyngeal (PCR) swabbing, nasal swabbing, blood draws for antibody testing, antigen testing, and other testing methodologies as directed. Additional non-clinical roles of which are pertinent to successful testing site operations may be assigned (e.g. traffic directing, patient registration, etc.) The COVID-19 Testing Clinician will be provided with all appropriate training and safety protocols.
MUHA EA11 - LPN - COVID Sites (40 hrs/week) Charleston, SC
Under the direction of a registered nurse is responsible for all identified nursing care behaviors within his/her span of control during his/her tour of duty and is accountable to the Charge Nurse and/or designated individual. The LPN participates in the care of a defined patient population. The LPN assists with data collection, formulation of plans for patient care, and participates with evaluation of outcomes of nursing actions.

Under the direct supervision of the COVID-19 Testing Site lead, the role will perform multi-skilled activities to support the safe and efficient testing of patients for COVID-19. The role is expected to: • Intake and document patient demographic information • Document all pertinent insurance information • Ensure accuracy when inputting all patient information • Convey information to patients about when to expect results and methods for receiving result information • Greet patients and guide them to the next portion of the testing process • Maintain attention to detail and comply with all registration processes as directed Additional non-clinical roles of which are pertinent to successful testing site operations may be assigned (e.g. traffic directing, greeting, wayfinding). The role may be asked to act as a buddy to the Covid 19 Testing Clinicians. The Patient Registrar will be provided with all appropriate training and safety protocols.

The COVID-19 Testing Clinician reports to Clinical Nurse Manager. The COVID-19 Clinician provides clinical support in the COVID infusion suite, and at COVID testing and vaccination sites. Clinician performs multi-skilled activities to support the safe and efficient testing of patients for COVID-19. The COVID-19 Clinician is expected to perform IV starts, patient care documentation, nasopharyngeal (PCR) swabbing, nasal swabbing, blood draws for antibody testing, antigen testing, and other testing methodologies as directed. The COVID-19 Testing Clinician will be provided with all appropriate training and safety protocols.
MUHA RN49 - COVID Registered Nurse - COVID Infusion Suite Charleston, SC, Charleston, SC-Downtown
The Registered Nurse for the COVID-19 Monoclonal Antibody Infusion team reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager of the COVID Infusion clinic. Under general supervision, the RN provides individualized, goal directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results and outcomes. The RN demonstrates excellent customer service skills and behaviors. Nurse will need to be competent in starting IVs, hanging and infusing medications, and monitoring patients for adverse signs and symptoms. The role will provide oversight of CMAs, PCTs, LPNs, etc. at the infusion clinic. RNs may be asked to support COVID vaccine and testing efforts as needed based on demand.
