Job Summary/PurposeThe Scheduling Systems Analyst reports to the Scheduling System Management Coordinator and provides support for Smart Square, Kronos Workforce Scheduler, and OptiLink.  Under indirect supervision, the Scheduling Systems Analyst works collaboratively with departments across MUSC Health to support labor management systems and activities.  This role assists with the coordination of training for Smart Square and Kronos Scheduler, as well as communication, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all supported systems.  This position provides after-hours end user support through participation in a 7x24-hour on-call rotation schedule.

Minimum Training and Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university and three years of progressively responsible work experience in a position requiring strong analytical, data compilation, and communication (written and verbal) skills, as well as proficiency in Excel, required. Experience with Kronos, Smart Square, OptiLink, or other labor management/staff scheduling systems highly desired.
