Job Summary/Purpose: The Supply Application Systems Specialist performs the security structure, quality controls, and monitors all activity in specific materials management related computer software. These include Pathways Materials Management (PMM), Pyxis point of use software, and other applications. Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of the database. Acts as advisor regarding the operation of computer software including conducting user training. Prepares reports and trains recipient on there use. Serves as liaison between data processing installations, vendors, and users.

Minimum Training and Education: An Associate‚Äôs degree with an emphasis in computer technology and one year work experience in a data processing environment; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and three years experience in collecting and processing information in a data processing environment; preferably in a health care. Working knowledge of accounting procedures, and statistical report preparation preferred. Must be computer literate and have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and E-Mail systems.
