Job Duties:
20Administration: Maintains administrative and operational responsibility for the HCC Office of Development. Includes all data management, travel and meeting logistics, reimbursements.Essential
20Special Events: Responsible for all aspects of select third party events and assisting with planning and implementation of HCC signature eventsEssential
30Communications: Responsible for creating and maintaining constituent programs for the HCC Development office for the purpose of initiating, continuing or improving positive relationships with donors, board members and other targeted audiences. Works closely with the Central Development Communications office to ensure coordination and execution of all e-communications program for HCC.Essential
30Stewardship: Responsible for HCC donor engagement, donor relations and stewardship initiatives by planning and managing activities aimed at increasing support to HCC. Coordinates with the Director of Development and Associate Director of Development to cultivate and steward top donors and donor prospects.Essential


Job summary: Responsible for the overall coordination of the administrative activities for the Hollings Cancer Center Office of Development.


 

Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 4: $26,988.00 - $38,460.00 - $49,932.00 (min - mid - max)


FLSA: Hourly


Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A bachelor's degree.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  Excellent writing skills.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks within the same time frame and must meet deadlines.
Exemplary interpersonal skills as this position will interact with a wide range of high level MUSC administrators, potential donors, patients, elected officials, and volunteers.
